Shree JK Silks Sarees is committed to providing clear and transparent delivery information. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Delivery

Standard Worldwide Delivery

We ship across the globe and deliver orders within 5–9 business days once the order is confirmed.

Interior Locations

For locations that are in interior areas or difficult coverage areas, delivery may take between 7–12 working days.

Delivery Delays

Due to unavoidable circumstances at the location where the delivery is to be made, delivery may occasionally be delayed.

Shipping Address

Products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address.

If you require products to be delivered to more than one shipping address, please place separate orders for each address.

Delivery Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided while placing your order are current, complete and accurate.

This allows our delivery partners to properly coordinate with you during the delivery process.

If the address provided is inadequate or incorrect, or if your provided phone number is unreachable, delivery may not be completed.

Delivery Attempts & RTSJSS

If you are unavailable to accept delivery, your address is incorrect, or your provided phone number is unreachable when delivery is attempted, there must be at least two further delivery attempts, making a total of three delivery attempts.

If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, your order will be identified as a “Return To Shree JK Silks Sarees” (RTSJSS) item.

Once we receive the order marked as RTSJSS and acknowledge it, we will begin processing your refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Important: RTSJSS Orders

Once an order has been tagged as RTSJSS, it will not be delivered again to your home.

If you still wish to purchase the item or items, you will need to place a new order through our online store.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on orders above ₹3,000/-.

Orders Below ₹2,000/-

Orders below ₹2,000/- are subject to a flat shipping charge of ₹50–₹200 or more, depending on the quantity and size of the products ordered.

Please Note: The published Shipping Policy specifies free shipping above ₹3,000 and shipping charges of ₹50–₹200 or more for orders below ₹2,000. The supplied policy does not explicitly state the shipping treatment for orders between ₹2,000 and ₹3,000.

Overseas & International Orders

We provide overseas delivery.

Depending on the country of import, international orders may require customs clearance. Additional taxes, import duties and customs charges may apply and will be chargeable directly to the customer.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import-related charges imposed by the destination country.

Loss or Damage During Transit

Shree JK Silks Sarees disclaims responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged during and after transit.
