• Standard delivery: approximately 5–9 business days once the order is confirmed.
• Interior or difficult coverage locations may require approximately 7–12 working days.

Delivery may take longer in unavoidable circumstances at the destination.

• Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders above ₹3,000.
• Orders below ₹2,000 may have a flat shipping charge of ₹50–₹200 or more, depending on the quantity and size of the products.
• For overseas delivery, customs clearance, additional taxes, import duties, and customs charges may apply and are payable by the customer.

If you are unavailable, the address is incorrect, or your phone number is unreachable during delivery, there must be at least two further delivery attempts.

If delivery still cannot be completed, the order may be identified as a Return To Shree JK Silks Sarees (RTSJSS) item.

Once an RTSJSS order is received and acknowledged, refund processing will begin according to the applicable refund policy. RTSJSS orders will not be delivered again; a new order must be placed if you still want the item.
